Salad with Miso-Ginger Sauce

This sweet and crunchy salad is perfect for hot summer days when you can’t stand to turn the oven on. The salad is packed with spinach, julienned carrots, celery, banana chunks, raisins, shredded unsweetened coconut flakes, and walnuts.
Tossed in a miso-ginger sauce:

  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. agave
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger
  • a pinch of cayenne
  • 1 tbsp. Flora Sacha Inchi Oil (US/CA)
  • 2 tbsp. Flora Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp. greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. miso


  1. Mix together. Drizzle over salad.
