Blue Cheese Dressing

So it’s football season, which means wings (we suggest baked instead of fried) are on the menu…and nothing goes better with them than some amazing Blue Cheese Dressing—it will be a win-win. If you are a fan of blue cheese, you will love this delicious dressing—add another ounce of blue cheese crumbles to thicken it up a bit and serve as a dip.

  • ½ c. sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/3 c. Udo’s Oil
  • ¼ c. buttermilk
  • 3 oz. blue cheese, crumbled, plus garnish
  • 1 tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced (about ½ tsp.)
  • ½ tsp. Worcestershire
  • ¼ tsp. salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
  • 2 dashes tobacco
  • Dash cayenne

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth
  2. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with blue cheese garnish
  3. Best if made a day before for flavors to fully settle; use within a week
