No-Bake Holiday Bites

Weigh-you-down desserts don't have to be the norm during the holidays-enlighten your family and friends with these gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, nutrient packed treats, featuring Udo's Choice Green Blend, an organic greens powder blend that is packed with essential vitamins and minerals, and Udo's Oil 3.6.9 Blend, a complete source of all 3 daily omegas. Ingredients

  • 1 cup crispy brown rice cereal (no sugar added)
  • 1/2 cup dried unsweetened coconut (+ extra for rolling)
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats, coarsely ground in food processor
  • 1/4 cup almond butter, preferably raw
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. Udo's Choice Green Blend
  • 1 tsp. Udo's Oil 3.6.9 Blend
  • 1 tsp. dark cocoa powder
  • A pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix brown rice cereal, hemp hearts, coconut, oats, and salt.
  2. In another bowl combine almond butter, maple syrup, Udo's Choice Green Blend, Udo's Oil 3.6.9 Blend, and cocoa powder.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients to thoroughly mix.
  4. Form golf ball size balls and then roll in extra coconut.
  5. Freeze before serving.
