  • 2 cups milk kefir
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 8 oz. fresh or frozen strawberries/blueberries or 1 large mango
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract or powder
  • 1 tbsp. Manuka Honey
  • 1 capsule probiotic, opened (optional)
