- 1 tbsp. plant-based vanilla protein powder
- 2 scoops (16 g) Udo's Choice Green Blend (US)/Beyond Greens (CA) Powder
- 1 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 medium-sized zucchini, cut into chunks
- 1 stalk celery, cut into chunks
- 1/2 medium-sized avocado, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- Blend everything together in a blender until creamy smooth.
