Ellie is a Brit and Canadian, working as an online running coach for Sharman Ultra and currently residing in North Vancouver, BC. She took up running in her early 20s and in the past 15 years has run over 60 marathons and ultramarathons both on road and trail. Her career highlights include 2 x IAU World 100k champion, 2 x Western States 100 mile champion, and Comrades 89k champion. Ellie holds numerous course records including Western States 100 miler, JFK 50 miler, Canadian Death Race, and Run for the Toad 50k.

I Indulge On: Baked goods. I’d weigh 20 lb. less if I didn’t have a sweet tooth.
Best Gift: Money toward a flight back to the UK for my first Christmas home in 15 years.
Workout Routine: Varies hugely but I run 5-7 days per week in peak season and aim for a gym session 2x per week and yoga minimum once a week.
